Saturday, February 20, 2010 The Southern California Regional Assembly Workshop at the United Methodist Church, 437 W. San Bernardino Rd. Covina, CA 91723. This is a service workshop for GSR’s, RCM’s and anyone interested in information about the Conference Agenda Report (CAR) for the next World Service Conference. Registration donation is a suggested $5 and the CAR is available for free online at www.na.org or there will be a limited supply at the event for $8. Starts at 9 am, ends at 5 pm.

CONVENTION OPPORTUNITIES

Readers and Leaders for the First Greater East Los Angeles Area Convention August, 2010. Are you interested in speaking at the first GELA Convention? Know someone that fits the bill? Clean time requirements for speakers is 7 years, and you will need 5 years for a workshop. CD’s or Tapes must be submitted by March 2010 for consideration.

Seeking Speakers for the Southern California Regional Convention 31 November, 2010. Are you interested in speaking at the SCRCNA 31 in Anaheim? Have someone in mind? The convention committee is accepting submissions for speakers for the upcoming convention. Minimum clean time required to speak is 7 years and you cannot have spoken at the SCRCNA in the past 4 years. CD’s must be submitted by August 1, 2010 for consideration and all submissions become the property of SCRCNA.

Southern California Regional Board of Directors is currently seeking members for the following commitments: Office Manager and Assistant Merchandise Chair. If you have at least 5 years clean and have some business experience there is a opportunity to learn about overseeing and serving a not for profit organization.
